I think this is a slow burn but all will come good. The tides seems to be all heading toward out of town retail parks now, even today in M&S results there was mention of it. We are well positioned.
10.30 I should correct myself
Looks like WK update tomorrow morning.
I've just had the invite through too.
There's some big trades going through too. Wouldn't be suprised is funds are buying and selling into the volatility. For a ftse 250 share there's some huge swings on this share!
It's part of the NWG share buy back. We should see alot more of it until the share buyback program is finished. Theyve been buying on the open market and now back from the govt too.
Drops seems well overdone. 1 broker has dropped their tp to £125 and reiterated buy. 7.5% drop seems madness.
LTH but I also reckon they'll try open 10% down.. usual mm shenanigans.
??=fingers crossed
We all know what follows a video release like that?!
??that is not going to be the case..?
GLA
Over 8% off a FTSE 100 company on a broker downgrade is nuts. I await the holding RNS to see our Czech friend has upped his stake another 1%
I always think build quality remains a factor here, but we are working on that with customer satisfaction moving up. With the figures we've put out today and growth expectations it's just a waiting game.
I've voted against the sale. Hopefully some of the IIs do too. Terrible discount considering we're going into recovery now. Delay sale and get a better price if theyre so determined to sell off the pubs.
Eric did say within 2 weeks for next drill results
I'm also with AJ Bell and still don't have mine in my account
Agreed Rich, when Eric puts it as we're 100m away from the highier grade area Wed planned to be mining now but just haven't been able to access it quick enough and that the rising AISC is simply because they'll be producing less for 21 but doesn't change anything going forwards puts my mind at rest. Also good to hear that today's news hasn't changed exploration plans going forward and that there's plenty of cash flow to fund everything planned. Just disappointing we couldn't get into the highier area. He did say that they can do about 3 meters a day so we're only a month or so away from getting in there
A company should only pay divis when it has nothing better to do with the cash. We have so much exploration we can do with this money and Eric has said that the majority of our upside comes from our exploration rather than our production. Would much rather no divi and he gets as many rigs as we can afford to West Kenya.
You realise they operate out of Africa? That continent will be the last on earth to go renewable and certainly won't be anytime near before our end of LoM
Funny how they keep dropping the price with the uncrossing trades well below the spread. Perfect to build large positions.
Hopefully there's a nice auction like that tomorrow for my dividend reinvestment..
