You can argue as much as you like but when over 80,000 of a workforce of 120,000 vote to take industrial action something is most definately wrong. And if you've invested here to see the assets stripped and sold off for a quick profit you've invested in the wrong company....

Terry is just a bloke with faults just as any other person but he happens to be representing over 100,000 workers who have just voted over 90% that they are prepared to take Indistrial action.

As both an employee and shareholder in my opinion this is going to end badly if Rico continues the I'm the boss I'll do what I like narrative.

This is going to turn into a messy busy xmas period unless settlement is reached. Union is on about multiple week rolling day strikes. Will literally bring the company to its knees over our busiest period. Competitors are already ringing around our customers trying to poach contracts on uncertainty.

I've took a small holding last week. I like their products. The potential for growth into Asia and North America seems very good. Steady dividend payments. Look forward to seeing what happens here

Not entirely sure how I look stupid. Brought into a project I believed
in which got ruined by a bad placing price and timing. I brought some more at a low price and sold on the spikes at decent avg profits. I'd take that over being stuck in sat on losses hoping and praying it comes good at the mercy of people trading any rises. Jam tomorrow. Take my opinion how you want, the market has decided there is an underlying problem with this share and in my opinion is that it is his placing. Perhaps at such a silly discount it should have been an open offer to existing shareholders at that price? Like I said I believed in this project until then. Now this is just a trade to me.

Look at the market price now... then look at where it was? The project is supposedly even more derisked now. The placing is what messed this share up. It wasnt me that decided the price to place at...

@Oiltap hopefully if he reads these BBs hes seen how ridiculous his latest placing was and how the market has reacted to it, and if futher cash is needed in future doesnt try a raise at such a stupid discount to the SP.... That placing price is what has ruined this share. Nothing to be taken back by. I was holding 60M shares and know others holding significantly more than myself that have all dumped them after completely losing faith in him. Such a shame as I really believed in this project to begin with. Placing at such a discount should not have happened.

New holder here. Can any of the LTHs explain such an overreaction to the contractor being paid in shares? £6k worth of shares in a company with an Mcap of 12M creating a 20% drop seems a massive overreaction. Is there something I'm not seeing here?

I was CC on an email to our rep and it said as of 29th sept no more settlements were being made. That RM has applied to have all cases at tribunals held until jan 2020 and that they're working on reaching an agreement at national level. Which to me means deal by Jan 2020. Hopefully it's not one where I get shafted an lose out. I do around 60 hrs a week but contract is only 35hrs.

You have to go through ACAS. They're the 1st step. From what I was told you can claim back 2 years. However RM wont work with ACAS anymore and all cases are being refered to Tribunals but they're being held until Jan 2020 as RM are negotiating at national level a resolution.

Alot of posties have taken RM to tribunal courts as they've not been paying average pay during annual leave only contracted hours. There is a stay until Jan 2020 so they're on hold atm as Royal mail has said they're negotiating an agreement a national level I'm guessing before Jan 2020.

My 16M buy is showing as a sell on NEX as is a 32M share trade before me at the same price.
