The CEO and CFO also confirmed at the investor meet company that revenues were slightly higher than their forecasts and they’re on track to meet market expectations for the year of around £2m

At the latest Investor meet company the CEO was scathing about the current valuation indicating that it should be worth multiples of current mcap today and some out their who thought company was going to fail got it massively wrong.

This validated by recent Shard analyst notes comparing company with others closest competitor valued at €900m. Worth noting that Fusion probably has more proprietary tech than that company and Optimal validation also in the pipeline.

Absolutely brilliant investor meet. Completely dispelled any need for a fund raise, some fantastic prospects, improving margins, cash flow forecasts better than they planned, revenues comfortably on track to hit analsyst expectations and continuing new promise for their technologies.

CEO put in massive speech about the value of company and its value. Very very encouraging

I don’t think we should underestimate the importance of the expansion of the optimal agreement. NCI are effectively rubber stamping them as a supplier important enough to work on improving their antibodies. I’d say this could lead to a big revenue generating partnership where they do more of that with them. Remember they’re the world’s largest cancer research agency with around €7bn funding annually. They’ve a lot of cash to spend on research and FAB are well positioned to help them on their journey and retain an interest the commercialisation

Remember that Adrian also said the large grant prospect was still in play, so if that comes off that could also potentially relieve the need for additional financign

Hmmm, not sure that’s totally accurate.

Their flagship platform nearly completed is being tested and validated through a formal partnership with the worlds foremost Cancer Research agency, the USA national cancer institute.

Their lower level product just developed, Optiphage, is being rolled out and they’ve secured contract with a global diagnostics firm in the last few months.

Clearly generating revenues on other income streams also with their other products by evidence of Q1 trading update.

The prospects are great for a recovery! Won’t be long before a large rerate IMO. Highly undervalued for what it is right now with their propietary platforms and half the market cap in cash. Any news and this will fly back to the levels it should be at.

And when they’ve said cash neutrality is the aim also

That’s a great case study, Chris. There must be a reason they’ve chosen that as one of a small number on their investor site, perhaps they’ve retained an interest in the IP on some potentially novel approaches to address this.

I suggest asking the company for updates through their investor portal and see if we get any reply.
