Golden cross just happened - 50 day crossed the 200 day. Hopefully some technical trades now come in to support the recovery which seems to be going FAB!

When this video was done FAB had 11 molecules in the clinic, over 250 humanisation projects, >1000 rabbit, >2000 humanised mabs >10,000 humanised variants.

FJ bio, the company shard compared FAB to has 14 molecules in the clinic and done 1000 projects according to their website yet they’re valued around €900m and FAB are sitting at around 4m.

FAB are on the up. Margins massively improved, revenues increasing. Cash position at the end of the year was down further due to large accounts receivable due apparently so not to worry as much - they appear to be hitting cash neutrality more frequently and the NOMAD has signed off on a very strong statement of no need to fundraise which must be founded in evidence for them to want to do so.

I’m confident that they’re doing all they can with great tech and potential - it’s a reallly strong speculative recovery play IMO

I would imagine so. The trading update on the AGM statement was really good.

Margins and revenues much higher. The Allenby broker note predicting their margins might be back to where they were before the downturn so a really bright future ahead.

I attended the AGM this morning, positive experience with the chair, CFO and CEO.

A really promising company. I asked about the cash position and their forecasts and the CFO seemed to indicate that this was due to the point in time the end of year and they were waiting on accounts receivable which should bring that back up.

Overall still very impressed with the company. They appear to be being cautious but optimistic and trying to underpromise and overdeliver.

They are close to cash neautrality and have massively reduced costs. Only a matter of time before they’re in profitability and news hits about something amazing for them and this flies.

AGM tomorrow hopefully some good news emerging from it

The non execs are receiving shares in lieu of 50% of their feeds and the directors taking. A% of salary as shares until FY25. The fact they bought at all in spite of this arrangement is positive to me

It’s a standard return they have to do to do with employee share options. Think since the last 6 monthly return they’ve adjusted the shares schemes so it’s just cancelling off old options I believe? Happy to be corrected but think it’s just an admin return rather than having any real meaning

FBP your dribble is getting boring. The evidence from the company is clear, revenues increasing, ahead of forecasts, cash runways getting longer and absolutely categorical no need to raise in their annual accounts and recent investor meet company.

Yeah I read that as a real positive - i.e a massive value generator that needs investment rather than a raise for working. Capital. Anyway, these videos were clearly recorded earlier in the year and the trading statement and investor meet company which has been published since made very clear there are zero plans for an equity raise
