I suspect many may look back soon and think that drop was a golden opportunity. If NCI don’t want to lose access to Optimal given the expiry of the deal I think we’ll see a continuation deal announced in short time.. Who knows Riched may do such a blinder at the presentation the orders may flow quicker than we expect. They announced their AImlab one before and had an order a few days later so it’s not impossible

The combination of NCI’s deep biology and Fusion’s platform could help turn early discoveries into higher-impact clinical assets, potentially speeding up novel oncology drug development while securing pieces of future revenue streams.

Worth digging into this list and filtering by Ho’s name to see where overlaps with Fusion’s strategic priorities could be real wins.

ALSo very interesting seeing some of the other lunchtime presentations.

A few other discovery platforms, but, some for peptides , and crucially the other human antibody one which is describing itself as revolutionary still uses genetically edited mice to generate them again proving Optimals niche and value no animals required at all.
