Northern - maybe.
Lets face it, it's all guesswork really for now. I personally think expansion will be later in the cycle and extra revenue should be used to prioritise Zambia and get project elephant on line quicker.
Aucs - way to many unknowns at the moment I think. We need some updates to put some meat on the bones. When will lead, zinc come on line. What production of copper we will get and what ratio of cobalt is produced as a result etc etc
Cals below. Obviously the PE is dependant on much more than just profit like sentiment, dividend, future plans.
Projected Year end June 2021
Shares 2,241,558,079
Profit 200,000,000
EPS 8.92
Share price 90.0
PE 10.09
Remember the shares in issue will surely by higher by then with the CLNs converted.
Thought it would be nice to lay out potential revenue for Zambia only (probably in 2 to 3 years) but building up in increments to be established. Using today’s prices for all metals.
Copper: 25,000 x $8,700 = $217,000,000
Cobalt: 2,500 x $48,000 = $120,000,000 (using 1:10 ratio to be safe)
Zinc: 8,000 x $2,876 = $23,000,000
Lead: 11,000 x $2,127 = $23,397,000
(Not including Vanadium due to uncertainty)
Total revenue: $383,000,000 = £273,992,455
Even if SA revenue stays at £100m (which it will hit this year) and metal prices stay the same then group revenue could hit nearly £400m
and it is a weird feeling like it is just the start. I usually feel a bit twitchy when in good profit but this time it's like 'no big deal, totally expected'!!!
I am holding for £2b market cap and 60-70p before slicing.
bit rampy but just the truth - future will determine if I am sensible or foolish.
