I agree that this is very frustrating and as each week starts, so does our optimism that news is about to break.
I believe they had a resource target which MRE3 is aimed at quantifying and either they are struggling to get there and so needed a little more time, or they are awash with data that takes them ahead of where they were aiming to be and so they need more time to assess how this will impact on their short-term plans.
I hope its positive whichever way this goes. I fear that RNS's these days rarely bring positive share price growth unless they are dealing with stakeholder acquisitions. This time last year, we went on a share price growth to 45p. This year, despite progress on all fronts, we are struggling to break through 50% of this level. A difficult time for us PI's but keep the faith and just hope we have taken a year out but will get there in the end.
I can't believe these prices so mine is the 9.02 buy for another 49k. I hold 600k now and these beauties wont be sold until we see a return to more realistic share prices. I saw a broker post a target price of £1.07 just this last week. 25p!!! Bargain basement
I agree but think this is now the run up to the PEA. They needed to educate the markets about some of the other concessions ready for the vastly increased resources which I fully expect the PEA to show, and soon IMO. End April has been and gone and no RNS for further delays, so I expect it soon (next week maybe?) and it will include all these smaller resource potential which we are now getting to understand better.
One thing is for absolute certain...…. there are several really serious players for control of Cascabel and / or Solg and the next 2 years should see huge potential here being realised for the benefit of us long terms holders
Sorry if I missed opinions on this but at the AGM they want to authorise the directors to allot relevant securities up to £8m and disallow pre-emption rights.
I have an opinion both for and against this but wondered if informed holders can help?
Thanks

MOU's are not legally binding so any DD wouldn't need to be significant. Chinese have a reputation for agreeing to these and some not always materialise into binding contracts. Just a note of caution, but I am very optimistic about 2019 being our year now
I firmly believe this will only happen with the direct involvement of the Chinese. She said many years back that Phulbari won't be mined whilst she is in office. I think she is very much against capitalism and foreign companies making huge profits. Now she is able to put a comp-lately different spin on this, as a Chinses lead initiative with GCM only a secondary player (providing the access to the coal) in the power plant projects. We all know what politicians need, don't we?
Hi GPback. I've been in solg for many years and am holding my biggest investment there. I have huge confidence in it and with the Chinese circling there as well as 2 majors owning 10% and 11% approx., the play for solg hasn't even started yet.
As you know, I'm a long standing bruised holder here and in Pol too. Would love to see these start to show their true worth again real soon
I am a long term holder, so please don't shoot me down.
So many times with RNS's (even today) we see a disappointing result in terms of sp movement versus positive RNS expectations.
So with the Dec second MRE due, why would we find a difference in sp movement after this one? The recent sp gains are due largely to BHP buying in. In all likelihood, the sp will now wait for the increased MRE, but surely this is pretty much priced in now?
Thoughts please
Good post thanks SS7. If you're memory of $0.07 / lb copper is reasonably accurate, then your calculations are ultra prudent as qualified by you, PLUS the 15% gift to ENSA wouldn't cost us anything like that as surely a deal would be done earlier. Also, the gold value would pretty much drop straight to the bottom line as it would be brought to the surface along with the copper, so why not add that 25m oz of gold and see what the sp would look like?
