A per the last RNS, "Further details will be provided in the prospectus which we anticipate will be sent to shareholders during February 2018". It does seem they are moving forwards. Henry Gordon is now working for them. Also on the face of it, It does also appear that MCC are opening doors in Asia (as they state behind the scenes), highly speculative but Sentiance have released several news items connecting them into the Asian region in the past 6-12 months. Thats surely the new team of executives are of expertise.

Checking through sentiance Blogs, twitter etc they have announced Volta in June

I would seek some comfort from Sentiance acknowledging MCC involvement. They seem like a pretty straightforward company, and 10 million is a massive feather in their cap

Great RNS....MCC’s always been slow out of the blocks, however with a 33% increase in our last traded value, a capital raising at 50p, leaving the white knuckle ride AIM, plus listing on the main market, it’s a pretty decent start to 2018. Over to sentiance that have been flooding the newswires with great info on partnerships in China, expansion over Europe, and the fact we have news of a stellar management team. It looks like the ball has only just started rolling, looking forward to this team opening the flood gates of news...

It must be a ton of work with all the potential plays in hand, and getting our 3 wise men on board. Fingers x'd for good news soon.

Reading the requirements for MCap on the main market for LSE shows that companies anticipating a MCap more than 250 Million. A 10% stake in Sentiance ? Hmmm, looking forward to see the investor presentation.

According to the last RNS, investor presentation is due anytime, the sooner the better then relist to follow. I wonder if it will relist directly on AIM or will it go straight onto the main board. Although main board may require a larger mcap if I'm not mistaken. Perhaps someone out there can enlighten us.

Main market listing would imply institutional investors will be getting on board. Looks very good, sentiance is just the beginning.

Either it's gonna be a cracking announcement, or they will be publishing there summer holiday photos.

If the Sentiance rumours are true. From their information, it appears they are building a startup business that has received plenty of interest from private equity and recently EU8 million from a Venture Capital company. On the face if it @Jup4it if it was a RTO wouldn't Sentiance be buying a large chunk of MCC and in turn get exposure to the AIM stock exchange. Thats hardly MCC investing in a TMI infact completely the opposite. Its looks quite odd, almost as odd as the original MCC rebranding of Mercom. The plot thickens..

It does appear that this has the recipe to become the best game in town right now.

During bored time and doing a little research over the weekend. Tried to make sense of what Sentiance are about. The result "what a clever company". It seems they have developed the tech to take everyday users data beamed in from their PDA, mobile devices, etc. They analyse this data, and can profile the user and build intelligent assumptions about their daily lifestyle routine. Imagine all these social media companies who's sole revenue is advertising. now they can target market to individuals - instead of spying on their web activities and making broad marketing campaigns. Imagine insurance and health companies who need user data on lifestyle habits, people that use their phone whilst driving to affect their insurance premiums, etc,etc. Seems like a perfect fit to Monchichi new mantra, if the management have the connections - this could really fly to the moon and beyond. This could be huge if they pull it off. Sentiance are making sense out of collecting data from users PDA, mobile phones, apple watches etc. This information they can sell off to the likes of the mega tech firms interested in profiling user groups. Imagine if Facebook where interested ? Sentiance just got funding from VC last month. Seems like MCC could be a the perfect route to market for them. A real win-win.
