Huge sums of money, are they closing their shorts or still selling it lower and lower ?

Despite Management buying it’s still going down and down. It can’t be a closed period and also no word from the new suitors. What’s driving it ?

Perhaps it’s a way to deflect a hostile takeover

The big holders can make huge gains by shorting this, it’s a win win, especially after if it f gets sold. It’s a strange dilemma to be in when some of the largest shareholders are holding stock and wanting to sell high, whilst leading a consortium that wants to buy low. The only way they can make is short it. If I was the CEO I wouldn’t be happy and would buy to try get the herd to follow me. So far it’s not working.

There must be lots of short interest in this stock to continuously drive it down.

Looks like a deal is potentially in the bag with Vivendi and Aaqua, the other suitors possibly sniffed around but no offers or were blocked out by the AAA holders of boom. As for AAA it would be ignorant to suggest that it doesn't matter, as it is intertwined heavily with Aaqua. Its also hard to gauge an upside of a potential aquisition and the reflection on AAAs share price when AAA is not trading. Its more noise for now and serves as a distraction from AAA fulfilling their outstanding promises to get up and running again.

Jraah, the company still is in need of a viable product. From what it appears the priority has always been aimed at helping fund the establishing Aaqua, whilst holding / maintaining an option to takeover Sent. If Sent has the product to integrate with Aaqua they should have shored up that purchase instead of dumping millions into Aaqua. No one really knows what Aaqua even is, where as there’s plenty of info on Sent. With Sent they could have been up and listed already instead of dragging this out ad nausea.

Shareholders been told many things many times. The loyalty of the company isn’t to its shareholders, the rabble of holders are mere punters and day traders. Unfortunately locked in on a well over hyped stock.

I heard 20p to buy at the moment.. that’s 60% discount after a year of progress. Cheap as chips as they say.

Any idea what’s delaying them from a relist ? If they’ve completed their investment objectives Aaqua and Sentiance, what else are they waiting for ?

“The listing” could be £1.25 if it was going to be back on AIM again. What’s your expectation for the grey market ? If listing is £1.25 and their last raise was 80p, a grey market should be anywhere between the 2. What do you think ?

There has always been an opportunity for a matched trade. Ie willing buyer seller deals. If you were short of the stock when it delisted, you may want to buy. If you need the cash you may want to sell. Thats the service that Optiva possibly setup, just like a few other of the brokering houses that i've heard of. I just think 30p is still very harsh considering that the stock suspended at 50-60p and has done nothing but good things whilst they've been operating in stealth mode.

30p sounds like they’ve successfully destroyed shareholder value during their time of silence, whilst shoring up their business objectives. 30p doesn’t make sense.

The volume that Optiva is trading is extremely thin, if at all. Fully expect that if there is something good to report then this may pick up. However at least they are first to the party and are leaps and bounds ahead of oberon whom haven't started a trading platform yet despite 6+ months of promises.

Oh don’t be tired, think of mesh holders nearly 5 yrs locked out of their investment. Only now they’ve converted to another illiquid share.

The re-listing time frame is too vague.

No doubt they are getting it right, but they've certainly gotta have a viable product or at least the bones of one when they go to market. For now their largest holdings is Aaqua, so once the background on that is all taken care of and the feeder companies that support its operations Sentiance et al. And perhaps there is a working Aaqua version to play with, then we may see things could come to market. The short term market corrections at the moment are not of any relevance i dont believe.

Is that a guess ?

With a larger holding in Aaqua than originally planned, i would guess North of 100-125p is easily within reach, once Aaqua roles out this could be significantly higher.

There is a AAA chat group on Telegram, it was very informative until the moment they suspended. The quality of the team will im sure be driving for the best deal and publish when they're ready...
