E&L is probably Bonnier related. What does it matter ? He’s the only one that’s caused this share price to go upwards. Everyone else has successfully shorted it and driven the price downwards and wants to maintain it that way. So they can feed their noses well and truly stuck into the stock. So the first bit of positive news comes out that E&L has a desire to get rid of the corporates sending out smoke signals to the shorting brigade. It’s expected that everyone short is going to slang of bonnier. Get real who has been the real killer of this stock has it been Bonnier or NC and the city spivs he hangs out with. It will be great to see EL reaugment this company and get it back on track

These guys will just keep chucking buns at each other until their lawyers can't justify billing them any further. Then they will settle, cant see why that would help the share price though. Whats really holding this back is the massive shorts that are in play and price being manipulated lower and lower to meet the money making objective of the select few in the know.

My expectation is that candy will lose his case with RB. CV will then have to sell his entire holding or give it to RB as compensation for damages. Not that it’s possible as it’s apparently leveraged with the Bank Of Singapore. Either or I think Bonnier will come back even stronger.

Correct. Why would Bonnier be selling if he sees the value. He doesn't need the money he is most certainly independently wealthy. If the price is going down due to it being heavily shorted, the smart money would be buying not selling.

Aaqua was debugging their app, ready for their beta launch. Candy kai boshed the whole thing with his WWFO. Had they been given the time, Aaqua could have no doubt secured additional funding to keep going, but Candy crushed that ! Candy conflated the issue of Boom, AAA and Aaqua. Especially Boom, which then also collapsed. The complete loss of SHV across the board can only be attributed to one individual.

Wake up. The price is low. Not cos of Bonnier. Cash ain’t flowing into this share due to global (European) problems. I’m no supporter of Mr B, however this share was wallowing in self pity before him and his mates came in. It was 1-2 quid a share. If you bought it back then, I would have doubled your money by now. It’s only through his consortium that he’s brought awareness to this share.

During silly season (mid-covid) this was way over ramped, just look at the share price 3.5p to 40p. It always was a crock of sheet. Somehow convinced ourselves, Covid was a good reason to bring education online to the masses, just like everyone vacated London and moved to the countryside. Now with things almost back to normal, with a ruined economy in the UK, everyones moved back to the City, and Devs latest move is its time to clear the decks. The people who ramped this got out ages ago. Feel sad for all the loss of investors personal wealth on this shoddy run business out of a warehouse address in the middle of nowhere.

Looks like Horrocks is buying cheap pound coins. Fresh impetus on DEV and AAA this could be about to skyrocket once again. Interesting buy, and one to watch closely.

There is almost no doubt that Bonnier and Co are selling as much as they can, they've lost interest since the rumoured and failed LVM rumoured takeover that came to nothing, and now they have to fund a law suit, and also pay staff globally as they enter administration. On another note on a social media channel there was rumours that boom have lost an account with morbid network, apparently one of the best products in their network. Momentary pain for better upside perhaps ? Things though generally pointing downwards at the moment. Just like the rest of the economy.

Drone. Im waiting for the courts verdict. Though if it was Apple, their MO is not to divulge product information to the market until its ready and launchable. If Aaqua was an App intended for their audiences consumption, and Aaqua somehow had an inroad. Would it not be covered by a Non Disclosure Agreement ? It could be argued that Aaqua was protecting their client, and equally that Candy as a shareholder was given access to confidential information. How do you know it wasn't Candy that was driving up the share price for his own benefit ? The think is no-one knows until we see hear the verdict.
