It bounces around like a lot of AIM shares it’s just the way of it. You invest on Aim and you’re accepting it’s risky, it could blow up in your face or it could rocket. Who knows what this will do but it’s undeniable there’s a chance it could rocket or go bang, the Uruguay fields are a definite catalyst for it to do well and to deny that is nonsense, the companies previous endeavours are obvious reasons to be cautious.

That people on this board can’t keep it sensible and civil is embarrassing as you are all supposed to be adults. Most of you are fine examples of those who shouldn’t invest as you can’t help but let it get to you or get personal.

Anyone any legit ideas on the halt ? Volume ? Irregularities? Takeover ? Etc

If I was in a hole like that I’d be clinging on to any positive rather than being so negative. Why don’t you think a fa out won’t happen ? I don’t think it’ll be a major but I do think it’ll be a decent size exploration firm.

Disagreements on prospects aside (nothing is guaranteed but I’m certainly more bullish than you), there’s no news positive or negative at the moment, no massive buys but the buying is outstripping the selling, why the drop ?

What reasons today ? Am I missing something ? I don’t see why a deal doesn’t get done ? It’s a no brainier for an exploration company or one of those who missed out on licenses to get a crack of the whip.

If you’re referring to me then you’re much mistaken, I’m in no coordinated groups. I’m like you I got caught out in the Bahamas but where we differ is I see past that and see this opportunity as very different, I don’t see a major coming in for the farm in but it’ll need to be a company who can carry out the exploration. If companies like shell are in the area then I’m happy to have a punt, the difference being if there’s nothing found shell will just continue and challenger will disappear.

Why not ? There are majors who have taken licenses, why would operators not take advantage of this opportunity to have a look at off1 and 3 ? An opportunity that’s little risk to them, it’s been said that there’s up to a dozen looking at the farm in and some were unsolicited, even as a 50/50 this is a worthwhile play at this price.

He’s entirely entitled to his opinion but it helps no one if it’s not based on anything or without reason

This thread is everything that’s wrong with trading, trading should be about the facts and nothing else, people get attached to stocks and support them like it’s a football team. It’s really not, if you have an opinion on a stock positive or negative then share it but only share it if you have some reasoning eg personally I think there’s a lot of positives here with the farm in, the exploration that’s going on and that majors have got in to the area both in Uruguay and the neighbouring Argentinian fields, Eytan buying more shares is also positive, I don’t like it was after the credit line as it looks a bit shady but it also counteracted the effect slightly. My other negative is the company’s past, I’m below my average as I’ve been in a while and I didn’t like how it’s gone previously. Overall though I’m positive going forward.
