so we kind of know they made an application now but why has it taken so long when the testing authorities say it takes 15 days max?

so we looking for 'PinkTech Design Pvt Ltd' on approvals list.
this is a bit of a shambles.

@teabiscuit how on gods earth do you get from that rns to "there is a problem with the software" ?
the only thing they have done since then is expand the types of machine the software is usable on.

I have not tried the google thing but it would not be a shock me if it were true.

I think the time to apply for approvals has been done to death here but my guess is that there is a lot more to the preparing the process than many on here would have imagined. Legal/scientific and shear collecting of data and that it takes time to get it right.

For FDA on that time scale i think i worked out the latest it could land was around the 10th of August.
We will see.
It feels rather like being sat on a large bomb and not knowing how long the fuse is :)

Ah that makes sense.
We should get some news on the CE mark for the other brands of hospital machine soon i think. i must have a look at how long that took for first one.
I wonder if the other approvals are on hold till this step is reached?
any thoughts?
