By your own words sounds like a time to consider carefully where the greater upside resides - a company already surfing the tip of a big and historically unprescedented rise, or a company with massive but probably undervalued resource, having already undergone its correction.

I’d say jumping into your company now may be missing the boat. Something people seem to be saying they’re not willing to do with Solg.. each to their own.

Just been quieter after so many months of piffle and nonsense clogging this board. My filter list is longer than the wife’s shopping list!

Currently on the Costas with mrs Grim and the Grimlets. But always keeping an eye out inbetween pool time and snorkelling (and the odd cerveza or two)

thanks for sharing, interesting perspective. The extent of the increase in MRE will be interesting, but I'm also keen to see the timing of it, and what they say about future updates/PEA. Their dynamic modelling should give them a pretty 'real-time' idea of what the new assays have meant for the evolving model and tonnage/grades, so there would/should be no surprise at the Solgold end. Which puts them in control of the news, and when it happens.

I feel the timing alone will tell us a lot about NM/Solgold strategy going forward...

and it's not as cluttered as a few months ago! But I'll keep them on filter for now.

But since I saw your post Jimiley, I concur. The summer months really does bring them out. I love bird spotting, particularly around the city...

Tiger, that’s what happens every RNS. You’re not the first to realise. But that’s for the city traders. The city tools.

I also call them the ‘get into the office at 6.30am, live in the broker belt in a huge house that they never see, with an Essex wife that they also never see, that burn out by 40 and heartattack by 50 muppets’. But that’s traders for you.

Personally I prefer investing early when those city muppets didn’t have the balls to do so. And as a result I have a very healthy wedge, that will grow and grow, all sat in lovely tax free ISAs. Not a care in the world, just the patience to see the story through. At the end of this I’ll have made multiple hundreds of thousand tax free profit, from not many thousand investment. All without having to commute, get up early, or deal with the thousands of other city muppets.

There’s more than one way to skin the cat.

If the downward trend is really going to reverse, and we continue to rise, we will need volume to get through some of the resistance points. Volume and persistence/patience.

I believe we'll have the factuals soon enough sufficient to underpin a re-rate (significantly updated MRE, Cornerstone spin-off finalised, Aguinaga close to surface assays, first drills in regional prospects). But that alone will not get through points of higher resistance - we will need chunky buying.

Keep an eye on volume trends as/if we rise. As BNC always used to remind us - when you see the big chunky buys its time to get excited....

Yes, plenty of us old-timers still here and enjoying a little uptick. Hope you. (and all the LTHs, too many to mention!) are well and enjoying our little rise. I can remember the days 2-odd years ago watching this begin to rise like this after so many years in the doldrums. Exciting times ahead...

Earthling - someone who's mentioned now selling their shares "at a 10% loss" twice (out of only three posts). Problem is, since the first time he posted that 10 days ago, the price has risen more than the amount of his 'loss'.
