IMO they will really struggle to get a decent gas flow rate from Cloughton as the original well tested at only about 30,000 cu ft per day. To get a potentially commercial flow rate of (say) 1 million cu ft per day, Europa would require a x 30 fold increase. I've not heard a conventional fracc job, let alone a proppant squeeze, doing anything like that. However, I could be wrong. More recent conventional fracc jobs, particularly in the USA, may have been better. And regarding their getting sensible farm-out terms for Cloughton, when I showed it to a geologist friend he laughed like a drain.
