Someone asked how many shares CS is buying and why is it not affecting the share price. My calculations show his accrual rate is 1% every 19 days (thus far) so its around £1 million a day which isn't enough to influence the share price.
Jeffrey/anyone, is Carlos interested in ZAMA/Mexico or HBR in general?
I guess he is well connected with the company as will have insights other investors dont have. Im not convinced its purely the mexican aspect that interests him although he will understand that better than the other company assets.
The gas price is in the toilet today so thats not helping. I concur with MaryBr
This is the message for ii. holders of TUI. Presume the price will be the Euro to £ conversion on the day of transfer

Expected effective date: 24th June 2024
Market affected: London Stock Exchange (LSE)
TUI AG has announced its intention to cancel its listing of Depositary Interests (DIs) from trading on the LSE. This cancellation is subject to shareholder approval at the Annual General Meeting due to be held on 13th February 2024.
Should the delisting resolution be approved at the AGM then any holdings not subsequently sold will be moved to the Frankfurt Stock Exchange. This will happen on or around the delisting date. Once the process and timings are confirmed a further Corporate Action notice will be issued to you confirming the details.
Unfortunately, the option to cross border shares to the Frankfurt Stock Exchange is unavailable for Crest Personal Member accounts.
One of the few benefits of the Ukraine Sanctions was it enabled TUI to elbow out the Russian Oligarch Owner with the 10:1 rights issue malarky. They're still looking for a major shareholder so that should be some good news when they find one.
