On the one hand you're saying this is some long term plan by - shorters, or MMs is it ? Or both ? - whereby they're going to get a huge 25% dividend while they manipulate the market....ONLY those same shorters, apparently in league with the MMs are on the hook for having to pay out every three months a quarter of that 25% dividend. And meantime, the MMs are tying up capital in the hope that the shorters force enough mugs to sell ? Your conspiracy theory makes absolutely no sense.

That's quite the exercise in futility, notrex. Since only certain financial instruments, and holdings of 0.1% or higher have to be reported, (soon to be 0.2%), a small number of funds need only hold just under the 0.1% threshold to make any kind of guesswork meaningless. You're welcome.
