As you're just posting random futures prices with absolutely no context, stating they're based on any days' rates is moronic. You may as well have posted 'based on todays' banana transport cost rates, NG for delivery in Dec 24 - 2.32, Dec 25 - 2.44, Dec 26 - 2.99'. Moronic though, for this board, is par for the course, I guess.

If you're going to talk about the possible future scenarios of state and federal government impositions on DEC and others, maybe posters should educate themselves on the Superfund powers of the EPA in regards polluters.
