As I said, it was my belief. I made sure to post my belief after market close last night. As I said, time will tell what the actual options are. Still waiting on ii to add the Rights Issue to my accounts. Until then, it remains my belief, but anyway, makes no difference until I see what the actual options are.

Tichtich, I believe this is a fully underwritten Rights Issue, which means that any holders who choose to 'do nothing' will automatically receive receive 176p per share per the nil paid/fully paid trading timetable.

It will become clear tomorrow though.

HOWEVER those shareholders who sell any shares between the Record date and the Ex-Rights date also transfer the right to participate in the Rights Issue to the new owner of the shares.

Same as buying shares before the Ex-Dividend Date confers the right to receive the dividend on the buyer of the shares, the ownership being transferred from the Seller to the new Owner.
