It's shame Terry has me blocked. I'd ask him his view on the announcement that along with the name change, DEC is going to change its' company to a Holding Company, a fact he either missed or is purposely omitting to comment on.

Looks like DEC Holdings (or whatever name it chooses) intends to sell it's holding down to as little as 50.1% of DEC (the current company).

MrG 123, DEC didn't start out as a con. Rusty probably believed he had a great idea. And at small scale, it worked. But he thought he could scale up. The original TANOS deal was a good deal. What nobody knew was the original deal was almost too good to be true because the arrangement was that Rusty would come back and pick up the rubbish that was left out of the first deal. TANOS II was the beginning of the end, and word spread. The fact that this fraud hasn't gone under yet is down to corrupt state DAs and a lack of curiosity from the shareholders. Yes, I'll be honest, I thought this dog would be a zombie corp. by now, the shareholders being wiped out while the debt holders salvaged what they could, the zombie being reborn but with a new group of shareholders to fleece. And yes, you have your belief about this company, and I have mine.

Asp1, do you pay ANY attention to what's going on in the world ? And America, in particular, given what's going on over there ?

So, in this land-of-make-believe you're all so intent on conjuring up as some sort of comfy blanket to help you sleep at night, you're going to overlook the interest rate of 9% DEC on its' latest fund-raising, are you ? And when you talk of Americas' demand for electricity, you're going to ignore the $600 million plus subsidy Trump has announced will go in to the coal - sorry, the 'clean beautiful coal' industry ? You seem to have overlooked these two inconvenient intrusions of reality into you dreams of future golden fields. There won't be any gas power stations built either since Trumps' fat, larping stormtroopers are deporting everyone they can find on what few construction projects there may be started. And that's just the headwinds an 'honest' (sic) American company faces.

It was actually over at the ADVFN board I started warning about this con. I've tried to c&p one of the first posts I made in reply to a question about why I'd turned negative on DEC at the time of the TANOS II deal. Everything I wrote is still there, you just have to scroll back 3 1/2 years or so.

18:32:04 wilmherk - I am invested here, but that doesn't blind me to the con we've been suckered into. And if you can't see who the sucker is when it comes to DEC, the sucker is you.

Tanos II deal was a massive con, the first takeover of assets a couple of years ago was a decent deal, but Rusty agreed with the owners to pick up this rubbish on the seoond go around. Rusty's made his money, now he's going to take the company into Chapter 11, start taking a salary and do it all again in a couple of years with the few profit-producing wells the company will have left. the 65000 old and uneconomical wells, they'll be orphaned unless he can spin-off the well maintenance companies he's built within DEC, and that company will decommission wells under IRA Bill signed by Biden using taxpayer funds.

It's a shame Terry has me 'filtered'.

I'd like to ask him about this statement he made recently :

'...The facts are clear a lot of the companies that know the business unloaded their unwanted assets on to DEC and are now unloading their shares that they never wanted in the first place but were forced to take to make the deals...'

Terry, is this not the EXACT warning I gave at the time of the TANOS II deal in FEBRUARY 2023 ?

I'm confused, is Terry PRO or ANTI DEC ? I began calling out this company as a fraud a number of years ago. Since then, the share price has halved (and, at times lost far more than half its' value pre-Tanos II, as has its' dividend payments. It continues to borrow at interest rates of 9 percent plus. Debt piled upon debt, despite claiming mythical FCF.

NOW Terry seems to have switched from being PRO - DEC to ANTI - DEC, yet he's sticking at it, encouraging people to day-trade this dog, offering his expert advice, based on years' of working for numerous international investment houses and financial institutions. Yet he doesn't seem to understand the mechanics of market opening and closing movements. Nor do I, in any detail, of course, but I don't have the lifetime of working in the industry that Terry 'claims' to have.

So yes, I have been full of doom and gloom about this fraud, my position changed at the time of the TANOS II deal, I gave full details here of why that was the case, and what knowledge I had, I shared. Everybody here knows EXACTLY what my opinion of this dog is, and has been over the years.

But ask yourselves, what game is Terry actually playing here ?
