the SP is down 70% over the past 18 months, the dividend has been slashed 70% over the past 18 months. DEC has 77500 wells it needs to decommission with no money to do the job, there's no magic 100s of thousands of acres of land to sell, DEC is going into Chapter 11 any month now. There, that's a meaningful discussion that gets us to where DEC is today, and it's valuation by the market.
