Terry, I'm here to laugh as this dog dies, as for me, the banks, the bodnholders...Well, the banks and bondholders are exposed only to the extent that in any sort of fire sale, they'll get at least a large chunk of their investment back. They could also force DEC into Chapter 11. No, the only losers here will be the shareholders. And you don't care what happens to your investment, as you've already stated.

Pickedpeck, aside from the slashing of the dividend by 70%, there's the actual share price crash as well. But yeah, it's just me, lol.

Well Terry, it's pretty difficult to be anything but in profit given the market rise this past few months. DEC is the only company I have knowledge of though that's actively indulging in fraud. Hence the 'obsession'.

Don't know about you, but less than a minute to read the rubbish posted here, a couple of minutes to call out the lies, a couple of minutes to provide factual information, it's something to do while I wait for the kettle to boil. 😊

As with everything else DEC related, the question of the land they HOLD is murky, and is as likely to be an ongoing expense rather than a capital asset.
