Just look at all the money printing, particularly in US and the stimulus that is coming. Money is worth less and it should be more visible in the oil price (look at other commodities eg copper etc)

I think we will be looking at 100 USD oil very soon and that will be the prevailing price.

Factor in a discovery at QD (Personally I think its got a shot of being the largest accumulation in the KRG)

And then look at some comparatives

Tullow for example.

Add the debt to the mkt cap and its around a 3 billion pound play.

How is a slight cash positive play like Genel with 50% of the production and greater reserves valued at 1/6 of the price

Its all going to start correcting very soon.

I really think 250 - 300p will be here before the year is out, maybe more.

Its a cracking site, you can see the water well clearly as well for the drilling. Its a monster pad...

FYI last night in the untie ( closing auction ) there was stock left unfilled at 150p. Basically there was a strong buyer not seller so I expect to see a decent start today.

Exactly, there does seem to be a disconnect here in terms of what they have "done" and the remedy. As time goes by this looks more and more like a viable business that fills a gap that would otherwise be filled in a much less desirable way. No winners at all from an insolvency, literally only losers, so highly unlikely it will happen.

Very nice consolidation around 9p, this is still an incredible entry level.

Personally I think this will be over 10p at close.

We didnt know to that point if they "might" have actually bought some of the shares themselves. Instead of using us as a method of filling their pockets.

So we only just found out they have gone the whole hog and 100% shaft on the shareholders and 100% sent a message that 1.4p is too much for them to actually buy any shares.

So forgive us 1 day of moaning.

And I do tend to agree with your sentiment. If you don't like it move on - I said that myself to people here about the boards salaries when that "saga" reared its head... I probably actually used stronger language....

My justification was they deserved it and they were running the company in a way that I felt they deserved it.. I now have total egg on my face... If you are going to pull stunts like this, take the lower salary then I will swallow the warrants and vice versa.

Take both and you take the proverbial and its completely wrong.

Sorry if you are annoyed that we are annoyed and next week I am sure we will all move on, but for now, its the discussion point.

If they are watch how many more warrants they issue themselves.
