Why do people get excited about boil? 3 to 4 times the market cap. No production and imo a much less likely prospect to see any form of development..

This is bargain basement right now. Look at the market carnage last 7 days. UOG (much to jono's frustration) has pottered around the same level. IMO it looks much more likely to rise than fall... Basically because its so cheap... Take ASH 8 out and its still super cheap.. But yes dog, if it comes in strong this could well see a very strong re rate.. If it fails maybe a 10% drop... The bad news is in here and then some... Again IMO.

Really looking forward to 2023.. I think anyone buying at these levels will do very, very well.

Jono - gas currently plays a negligible part - does not mean new wells cannot produce gas.

My understanding is the BP facility is fully paid off in November of this year.

I can not understand why anyone who has BOIL would not own this... BOIL has just been very well marketed. Its not a good stock though, and they have no income, no drilling experience, and no experience of selling licenses.

All of which UOG has and is worth 1/3...

Even if we just take the cash from Jamaica when its paid off this is a cash cow soon.

I tend to agree. But unlike you I look at the history of the ash wells and historically they have always delivered a decent amount of gas except in the last instance. In that basis ie it’s happened multiple times before. I would refute that as misleading

Check the latest presentation if you want to see the exact location of the well. It’s pretty central so should really get into the meat of it. I wonder if the flow is very good and is taking a while to stabilise or is there a lot of gas present as well?
