The only other drill i heard chatter around oil seepage - and jono I am sure there are plenty - but the only time I have heard it prior to the drill bit hitting the ground, was when GKP hit the big ones over in KRG.. There was oil reported to be coming to the surface if my memory does not tell me fibs.. And Shaikan is probably at least a giant field. With a fantastic reservoir.

Despite what Jono says I am a realist and I’m not going to exaggerate. For me this is worth 2p plus all day long now. It’s like a two for one sale every day even if you are not that ambitious in terms of the market cap.

Bear in mind the equity to buy Egypt was issued at 3p per share. I see that as roughly where these shares should be trading .

But they are not and it will take time to get back there. The beauty of this low price is the volume. Stale bulls will be quickly bought out. There are no huge sellers. If we have a TR1 buyer arrive and I think and hope we will have that scenario now on the back of this well, then volume will pick up and I think an easy run to 2 to 2.5p

Then we need to see how the drilling goes.

Asd 3 is probably an 80 percent plus success chance and looking at the map we are going into the meat of the oil pool so I think we can expect a gross rate of between 1,000 and 2,000 boepd. That’s going to start creeping us back up towards 1,500 boepd.

Also don’t rule out a really decent workover result. 8 are being done this year and there have been some great results in the past.

We won’t hear about h2 drilling for another month or 2.

I’ll be pressing the board to do the buy back regardless. As I think once Egypt is paid for we will have FCF to really sure up the equity value.

Not a better home for your speculative pound imo. This is as safe as they come bearing in mind the huge re rate potential.

Bring in tomorrow and the rest of the week.

Anyone who understands this stock knows today was huge. The equity is hugely undervalued and there is a massive value disconnect.

Excellent volume and buyers will now steadily arrive imo and take advantage of these prices.

I have sold zero shares and I won’t be doing for some time till they are worth what I think they should be.

33 million shares traded is a great result. The stale bulls are finally being removed and this will be free to re rate. I expect a good week ahead even if the rise is more of a grind that a surge.

I’m applying the rule that you can only sell once. Material addition today to oil output and this will re rate. We will be rewarded. Just keep adding. Look at the history. When this gets going it will really move.

So ASD 2 flowed at just over 2,000 boepd. It exceeded expectations. 3 looks like it’s right bang into the middle of the reservoir.

We should hope for similar.

What are we 8m mkt cap? It is insane.. Need to do some digging on what ASD - 2 might give us but its going to hopefully be another nice chunk of production.

I think we have seen the bottom here. Debt free very soon, look at the old charts, once the fire comes, this one really moves. Any buying under 2p is stealing as far as I am concerned.
