They may look to forward sell, if they dont then the shorters are in the poo.... Also depends on the placing level... Happy to buy these at this sort of price though....

What I hear / read are that board are doing the rounds with their well connected mates who already have a decent investment here and clearly dont want a bargain bin placement. I think they will be doing all they can to make sure the shorters dont get in on the placing somehow, that will be some of their "out" plans....

There is a game being played here and the shorters could get very badly burned... I suspect the placing will provide some significant ammunition to jolt these shorters out, but I could be wrong... They will be hoping I am, and will be doing all they can to undermine the process...

They are sitting on large profits though as I said and greed is a powerful motivator.. Keep an eye for some of them to start breaking rank...

But marineville, when you have over 3% of the company out on short in one position, that takes some unwinding... Its direction of travel has changed though from relentless increase to decrease... That is significant.

Shorts have squeezed the life out of this, at some point their toes go back in though. I play the markets both ways, and the old "dont be too greedy" adage is applicable both ways... Some shorts have made a fortune here and they will want to realise their profits IMO. I am expecting this back over 1000p pretty shortly TBH.

The money was shorting the stock you donkey....

By follow the money I mean to a large part odey.. He went short.. He is sitting on huge profits, he is now reducing that position.. So the money is now "going in"

Following the money previously in this instance would be down..... Again you would have done well..

Money can be made both ways... I think the money has "been made" to the down side, and you will now see them rinse it on the upside.... I might be wrong but Its a strategy that has worked for me frequently in the past....

Remember 10 - 15 % of the equity is out on short.. They need to buy back... The rights issue will be well supported and games are well and truly underway... They need to buy back in and Odey are now reducing their position. Follow the money.

Agree some sort of recovery over 1000p looks highly likely, all of the bad news is well and truly priced in, shorters are sitting on huge profits, at some point this bounces very hard..... Its been 3 days since the final piece of the bad news puzzle dropped and I suspect it will now start a rebound...

Personally I think it’s the auditors who need doing over. They basically are picking up fat fees for failure. They should be held to account.

I think slow steady recovery, but I am expecting a real rush at some point towards 900p...
