RE: Next wave higher starting4 Sep 2019 09:32
Groover, clearly this is newsflow dependant, not on phone today so will type a bit more....
I expect we could close the year out 150 - 200p - with a realistic PEA
Assuming the surrounding area is as rich in gold as I suspect it is, expect us to move towards the 200p solidly q1 - q2 2020... Maybe before... Cinderella shear should be "revealed" by then... Step out drilling should also be well underway further proving up our resource.
We will at that point, have or be close to having 2 operational mines in a very under explored area, a very attractive scenario for a larger miner... So will we see a partner at Coringa? Very possibly - will they then take us out? Very possibly.. This is where the share register is all important. We are largely owned by billionaires, so this wont go cheap.....
If everything goes well I think taken out within 24 months, they wont let SRB get too big, and our owners I think would accept a bid in the region of 300 - 500p... Resource and progress dependant.
There is so much more to come here, and we are actually still cheap just valuing on current operations.. Forget the rest.. And also remember, in a few months we will fully buy Coringa, out of cashflow.. Thats a 24m acquisition completed with no further dilution. Thats not priced in either...
I think we are sitting on a stack of gold and we are only just starting to realise quite how big the stack is... The market is finally starting to wake up to it....
Also the switch to dry tailings is very good, de risks some sort of dam disaster event which could wipe out a company like SRB if there was a tragedy.
FInally gold price.. I am also bullish on gold, 2000 within a year IMO, which again, will have a crazy effect on SRB earnings....
Basically - buy and hold.... The problem here is resisting the urge to not sell out, as this is far too cheap... Just let it keep rising.
