What is ironic is that he does leave the company in the best shape it has ever been but the share price is languishing because of his previous antics.. I really do think we are going to see a rapid progression here .

Chumba do some research. Hc being in place has held a lot of people back from investing here. He is now gone and I actually believe this can be a very decent company without him.

There are a lot more TR1's to come.. Will make for interesting reading.. Could well be some more buying in the market from them now at these super cheap levels...

He was terrible, ever since that interview where he was going great guns about the progress and selling in the background..>I do wonder if the FCA are after him for market abuse? These things take time and I always said I thought it was market abuse. I certainly reported it and spoke to the FCA about it.

I have never said the product range was not great - its excellent, its selling well and growing.. But there was always the feeling that HC had more than one eye on himself and not enough on shareholders....

He has now completly gone... I grabbed a load in the 60's and I think this is an easy bagger now as confidence WILL return here, and quickly I think...

I am not sure the community realise just how toxic this guy was... IDP can now move forward like a normal company and not have the CEO sell a load of shares everytime there is some good news. I think those last shares were basically stolen from him... 50p is funny but he must need the cash for some reason, they are worth so much more than that...

Things will settle down now next few days and I think this will see a strong rerate towards 3 figures quicker than many expect.

Agree... So 6 million today and 4 million shares yesterday, he must be out.... thats 10 million shares, there are only 14 in circulation!

He had 4 million shares left.. Hopefully he is gone, that would be excellent news.

Todays drop was caused by some huge selling - 25% of the company changed hands... Thats it...

Sub 10m mkt cap even I rate this a buy!

Huge trades showing from around 4pm, a hell of a lot of the company has changed hands today.

67p... At that price all of my negative thoughts are priced in.. This should be higher TBH and they are making progress.

They said nothing when the SP was tanking, stunned at all these people that think they will get commentary when its rising. Use your brain and join the dots. Until there is a firm offer put to the company they are under no obligation to do anything.

Can we be clear. Shorters want the share price to fall. Therefore they are very unlikely to release or push for release of stories that send the share price higher. As that will cause them to lose money! I think you have seen over the last 6 months negative story after negative story about this company but their comes a time when it’s all priced in and I think that time is here. It’s going the other way now.. simple as that.

Why would they place a bill story when they are short?

Shorts are finally starting to close IMO.

Personally I think the "floor" offer price will be the 500p placing price.... Could well be 600 - 800 but I think the 500p is around the bottom for any takeover.. and also a more realistic share price full stop. This is stupid cheap at the moment and its a no brainer to be accumulating offer or no offer.

1. This has bombed from 4000p and is now a decent value play (remember they still have a very valuable banking license)
2. Short position is huge, if not the largest on LSE, those shares need to be bought back, you can only sell them once
3. Takeover speculation as a result of (number 1 in particular)
4. Wealthy backers who will want the best possible outcome for themselves and their capital
5. Weak sterling making this very cheap for our american friends to accumulate

All adds up to a pretty potent bull case.

Will be adding more. No smoke without fire and all that, so many names in the frame now this must be in play and this is the level to be buying at.

They do not have to notify market if it is preliminary off the record chatting.... They have to if there is something formal, or there is a huge SP reaction which suggests something formal..
