aerial - what do you know about MarTek? It's not a leading question it's a genuine query - I struggled to pick up much on ILTL and I'm having the same with MarTek if I'm honest. GW

Bigeye - if you spent more time understanding company fundamentals than being so quick to have a pop at me, you might understand how important profit is to a producing company......our CEO has made the comment about good returns to move our share price – you know better than AM then?

Anyone looking back through my posting history will see that I was very bullish about Edl until we headed towards CLF and our annual results showing such a mountain we had to climb financially - it's there – fact. I'm really positive over our agreements and the changes since Rufus left, but I am a realist and agree with AM that it's the bottom line that's going to put numbers onto our share price now. It's more patience.

We are a producing company - it's about numbers, not what ifs. I've said it for nigh on two years - and our CEO has said exactly the same thing today. Clearly no idea what I'm talking about then.

Anyone looking back through your history since April 2018 will see what a vindictive person you can be - "most LTHs have you sussed" - sussed for what? It's you that always accuses anyone you take a dislike to of not holding, deramping, negative sentiment etc - how many people are now in your list over less than two and a half years? Oh, sorry, we're all moonlighting as sumba so it's really one person with multiple avatars.

Very interesting what I get accused of – isn’t it trolls that make intentionally inflammatory or rude comments to provoke strong emotional responses or steer the conversation off topic.

comeonvog - you're right, but then I'm holding plenty as it is so I'm quite happy to sit and wait a bit longer. GW

It is all about margin - AM's words - “once we start showing good returns we should see the share price respond accordingly”.

Bigeye - all you do is take opportunities to have snipes at people (usually me now you've driven off your other friends). Did you show your niece some of your historic posts too? Didn't you get banned at one point?

I've done nothing this morning but say things how I see it and I've posted plenty of positives about where we are now. The next real leg up will need figures - AM said it himself.

The share price and AMs comments reflect the damage that has been done to our share by "false starts", failed promises etc etc - it's fact. Something else AM talked about. Market sentiment is where it is because of a litany of failures of our previous CEO – I don’t know how much more clearly AM could have put it without actually blaming Rufus by name.

AM is trying to rebuild that and as things stand it looks way better than it ever was. But he has confirmed in the podcast exactly what I have been saying since we became a producer almost three years ago - it's about good returns - profits. But then I know naff all about running companies.

comeonvog - I completely agree, but as I said to MrNation, whatever our views, opinions, thoughts etc are, we're not the ones driving the share price.

AM made it very clear on the podcast this morning - we're making up for the past but there is still work to do to convince the market. All about numbers. GLA

Nation - yes, we've had sellers in the background for many a year here and you have to remember that there are some large share holdings at well below 0.045. There are also plenty of longer term holders trading this to lower their average.

The key to everything going forward is the numbers - net profit - or "good returns" as Alastair put it earlier.

Nation - our opinions, whether the same or different, are irrelevant. It's the market reaction to the news we need to be interested in.

comeonvog - AM stated on the podcast we need more than just agreements - we need to build market confidence through “good returns”. That’s profit, not revenue. And AM clearly agrees with what I have been on about on here for some time.

We need positive PR to move us slowly forward and sustain support levels for our share price as this demonstrates our appetite for growth. But we need tangible figures to really move us on.

We're not a speculative AIM investment anymore, we are a producer and investors are not looking to invest in us finding coal, they’re looking to invest in a profitable company that can generate returns for them. It's now about demonstrating to the market we can make a net profit and be a sustainable company. We can be selling 100,000t of coal a month through our agreements, but we need it to return a net profit for us. A company doesn’t survive on revenue - it survives on profit.

That “profit” figure is what has been missing since we started coal production back in October 2017 and what I have continually been castigated for on here. It’s still the crucial piece of the jigsaw and AM agrees.

Nation – the details of the agreement have been on the table since the June RNS so I don’t think we could have expected a huge market reaction, but agree it is a bit muted. But more importantly our share price now seems to have a higher share price floor and support levels, without tempting fate.

And AM's comments on the podcast pick up on a few of those things I've mentioned - really interesting point is how AM expects the share price to react to good returns, but he wouldn't be drawn by Zak Mir on the quantum of the margins - but it's those margins that will really move us up.

AM mentioned that the market needs to become confident in the company given our previous false starts - he just needs to keep feeding the positive RNSs and we'll properly move our MCap and share price in good time, as long as the margins reflect the “good return” he mentioned.

It's clearly all about the numbers going forward….

aerial - the RNS this morning is another solid bit of the foundation.

But, ultimately it is all about numbers.

The sad fact is our share price has been decimated over the years through continuous jam tomorrow RNSs from Rufus - AM is pushing against a closed door at times, because the market is exhausted with our non-delivery.

AM has to convince the market that the new business model works. The agreements etc are fine, but the key is that once we have sub contracted all the mining to ILTL we are still in a position to make sufficient money. We have administrative overheads to pay (BoD salaries etc) and the CLF. We owed Lind c$580k in April with a plan to pay this off at c$50k per month (with a 3 month holiday). There's also this $350k we have said we are borrowing as the first tranche from ILTL - is this still happening?

By subcontracting the whole mining operation out, we do indeed remove our break even tonnage as we make a profit on every tonne of coal sold. But that is revenue less cost of sales which is gross profit. Ultimately it’s the net profit that matters.

We’re definitely heading in the right direction and I do see some change in market sentiment but there is still a bit of a way to go yet.

Always difficult to tell - but the spread is much tighter than advertised on here. My view is anything c0.05 are buys and anything c0.048 and below are sells. GW

Good start today. There's definitely value here - some good results and Peel's 50p doesn't look unachievable in my opinion. GLA
