The share price is a far better indicator of whether we are succeeding or failing.
I don't see any point to that post Aerial other than to bait Sausage. Pointless.

Jezzac - fully agree and I've said almost exactly that before.
IIs don't carry the risk on AIM shares and will flip for an easy 20% everyday of the week.
It's also very interesting to see how many TR1s there are that are actually in the names of our IIs. That also tells its own story.

Aerial - we all know facts are facts. Well, most of us.

I'm not convinced our BoD know what time of day it is sometimes, let alone the month. They don't exactly have a good track record on comms.

So you're saying handover couldn't proceed because production was suspended?

Although I'm still not convinced by the Operational Updates and notably the differences regarding ILTL in the RNS of 24 June and the one of 15 January.

In January....expected handover in February.

In June...no mention of handover but "The status of the agreement with Infrastructure and Logistics Tanzania Limited ("ILTL"), as announced on 8 June 2020, will be reviewed once production rates at Rukwa exceed 3000 tonnes per month."

Then in 29 June with our Annual results..."The expected handover of operations under these contracts has been delayed due to the Covid-19 pandemic."

So which is it? Delay in handover due to Covid or delay until this magic 3000t is reached?Or perhaps delay due to elections and work permits?

It's mixed messages which, given our PR track record, comes across as continued excuses. It's a sure fire way to build trust in the market. And perhaps that is exactly why we have next to no volume.

We do need an update, although I worry we may have to wait until interims in September for post period updates. I genuinely hope I'm wrong and we can get something positive to move the share price on a bit.

You are entitled to your opinion aerial. It's what these boards are for.
But I'm not sure I would personally use the phrase "pretty good" in relation to our current share price, whichever way we want to split percentages.

We can debate detail but the 3month share chart says it all for us.

Aerial - I agree but that's only a week ago - we must be c7% down since early July? (And well over 20% down since early May?)
We need some positive news.

Teaye - I suspect there will be long term holders here who haven't reduced their average over the years who will be well over 90% down.

And that is not pointing the finger at Edenville - that's a reflection of AIM shares that continually use the market to raise money, dilute, place, repeat etc.
Don't get me wrong, some come good, but many simply burn through cash and leave PIs with next to nothing.

I'm hoping we get some transfomrational news shortly, as our share price is very slowly dropping through the support levels.

Well, they will get a sniff of any unoficial chats over lunch regarding possible offers well before we will as PIs.
All we need is another bidder, then the fireworks will start.
We may well have a decent lump of debt, but we have a decently performing business. 250p was a bit of a punt by Ramsay - they know that.

Sausage - I left London many years ago and it would be a day trip out for me now. I simply don't have that time to spare.
