Think the neutral commentator would remind everyone that the US currently makes up only 2% of Eqtec's business and that too much discussion is being given to the Aries case, and not enough to the 13ish deals that could be closed this year

I believe Bananaman2 is right. Let's just wait to see how the case pans out. Whilst hardened Eqt followers are waiting on every RNS, mustn't forget that the majority of investors and new investors are investing on Eqtec's fundamentals, which appear excellent to a layman like me. IMO GLA

Probably unlikely, but any chance It's Wood that are delaying a decision until after the US issue is resolved. Also, as Wood's Report was supposed to be finalised by 2020 year end, surely an RNS updating the market must be issued by end of Jan, or could the report have been delayed due to Covid?

Hope Aries have the liquid capital to afford costs. Otherwise you may find them having to give Eqtec a stake. Lol

As an Eqtec supporter I believe now is the time for investors to risk buying in. The 'downside' to no collaboration with Wood could simply be a collaboration with a similar company in the near future, and the 'downside' to not 'beating' Aries on Monday could simply be 'beating them in February. IMHO GLA

PHE placed only weeks ago and are already back above the placing figure I believe. Sets a good precedent should Eqtec place?

To those suggesting the sp will rocket Monday (in anticipation of a thrown out case) and then drop Tuesday (as a thrown out case would have been priced in already). That could be possible, but it is equally possible that the amount of online press and exposure following a positive 'result' Tuesday morning could bring in new investors (who weren't even aware of Eqtec or the pending case) in their droves. If Wood is agreed but case isn't dropped, I'd guess 3.98. No Wood and case not dropped 2.20
