Think Wood would be the game changer? Thought SP dropped 10% on news of Aries claim. Surely defeat of Aries would only add 10% (reversal of loss) to the sp??

Well, put it this way, an RNS confirming collaboration with Wood would bury any bad news on the patent case

Anyone think Eqtec are holding back positive Wood news ?? If they release the Wood news now it may be wasted if patent case isn't sorted in the next few weeks. However, If patent case is sorted by Feb they hit the market with the double whammy of a patent case win and a deal with Wood!

No effect on the sp Yachtmaster????? If Eqt lose the case the sp will most likely drop and if they win or get the case dismissed the sp will most likely rise. Basic

You would expect Eqt's share price to drop if they lose the case Garry Parry. It dropped some ten to eleven percent on the original news but who knows by how much it could drop on a lost case.
