500k is a third of current mcap. I don’t think they would be making an unsecured loan of this size unless they expected the mcap and profit to grow significantly. Do you?

CEO owns 9% and new investor to buy a controlling interest which I assume is over 50%? She might buy at a discounted price but I think her experience is worth it. She has been involved in nothing less tens of millions of pound companies so at 1.5 mcap she must have big plans. Some of her companies have been 700million. I’ll settle for a 10 bag and I’m sure she has some contacts to market this to a wider audience.... exciting times

You dont buy a controlling stake of a failing company. If they buy at 5p there will be even less shares in circulation. Plus boosted by a 500k loan so no need for further equity. All looks good!

im still 5% down after buying last month ready for the bounce. Ill be in profit by end of the week though and then the real re-rate is on as I bought about the same time as the CEO and he wont want to lose out on his £100k purchase will he?

On the next financial results should see this move fast. Revenue of over £3m for a company worth only just over £1m and with 80% of repeat customers. This share has been treated badly by the markets and the previous management but with a new CEO to guide the ship into profitability its all looking good over the next month

Would be nice in the next few weeks.....one decent RNS is all it takes to prove ADL has turned the corner to restoring share holder value....tiny mcap for all its plans.

I think so. Profitability on the next update is a real possibility and should see the share price at least double....
