We are still a tiny mcap company after the rise and we are still over 90% down of the high price of This share.....all to play for !

I don’t care about Brainer I just want to see the terms of the deal and how much this changes the share price....

What if she buys in at a low price of say 2.5 - 4p.....do you think the percentage of shares will determine whether this continues to rise or not? For example a large majority of shares would mean a small free float and we have her on board with more influence

£2.6m mcap now with a £500k loan income and potentially a new majority share holding investor with vast experience of turning companies like this into hundred million dollar companies plus we have risen 80% today hence why people are excited.....happy days.....

Let’s see if it makes the papers over the weekend and what effect that has on Monday. Mega rich and successful people like her don’t get involved in companies like this without a good reason. That reason is grow their wealth further. If she wanted a volunteer position she could become a School governor.....

Is that there is hardly anyone cashing out......all in for next week and the potential deal and how much will remain for PIs to trade and invest in. Maybe she is buying on the open market?

if and when she buys in it might go to 10p on her reputation alone....now you dont see that very often! A smaller free float and a woman with a BIG reputation and an even BIGGER impressive portfolio of deals done turning minnows into mighty warriors.....just the beginning here folks.....

New investor (yet to sign) has impressive track record of turning tiny companies into 100s of millions.....she must see something here she likes as she wouldnt bother with an under 2m mcap company otherwise....she could buy us out without a problem but she obviously raises money for acquisitions via shares which is how tiny companies can become huge ones with the right leadership on board.....its been a great week here. Has the seller finished?

Bought on the 6th of June....im sure some one has had me off when they consolidated the shares as its up 30% today and has been up more over the past few weeks. At least my losses have been reduced on this sweltering day. Keep your fans on PIs so you dont overheat and make mistakes!!!

Someone is mopping these shares up. Is Canaccord finished selling? Let the new majority investor in to work with the new CEO. All to play for here in the next few months. She must have tons of connections and potentially new customers and strategic acquisitions lined up.....cant wait for developments here

mainly talking to myself but im happy with that because if she buys a majority stake as expected then there could be even less shares in free float (regardless of the price she pays) and if she turns this tiny mcap into a software giant as she does many times before then I am onto a winner. I just hope a deal can be struck so that she doesnt have to take the company over as requested. 9% in CEO hands, majority (amount UK) in her investor plus others plus me and everyone else.....she might have some juicy deals lined up, there will be plenty of placings or strategic financing but so long as the company grows who cares? Many AIM companies just place after place and dont grow and hence by definition shrink.....this share has been a disaster in the past few years but with the new CEO and potential big hitter investor it could grow fast.....lets see but ill be happy at 8% up for today

I am invested in another company on AIM IMTK with an mcap of 1.5m and sales of £3m. Which valuation is correct - who knows?

I don’t think there many people out there in the same league as her who can turn tiny mcap companies into much bigger ones.....

Until we get the expert on board who has turned many companies from a few millions into hundreds of millions. Exciting times and let the news flow begin!
