It will be interesting to see what the grade of the waste is the 3rd party process and what grade they get out of it.

10 million tons of waste at a recovery of only 0.5% copper is 50kt of copper. Wonder what their profit would be on that? If it is substantial maybe JLP don't have to build anything pass it onto the 3rd party and take half the profit similar to the pgms deal.

You agree with me then Gotreal been saying for a long time now they should go it alone on the OB1.

The RNS was shoddily worded Gotreal. I accepted I was wrong. It wouldn't be the first time they have made mistakes in the past and their communication in their RNS is very poor.

How hard would it have been to have put 10 mill tons sold to 3rd party for $6.75 mill which will be paid over a max of 14 months as the waste is trucked out.

I will still continue to call out poor communication through their RNS as they continually have to clear it up with interviews after the event. Still waiting for the 25k/year copper you said we would be doing now. We all get it wrong sometimes Gotreal you included so climb down off your high horse.

It would help with paying for the OB1 if they decide to go ahead with it Shareswotter. Did they say what grade they sold?

That would be good news for pgms Seisnav processing that material bringing in extra cash would be helpful as they still have some substantial outlays for Sable. Monkoye and the OB1.

Haven't seen it yet Gotreal so I shall watch it later and see what they actually say. If I got it wrong then fair enough Gotreal at least I will admit it. Thought it was a decent deal anyway and I said that.

You however have yet to admit you got it wrong over the IRH deal will be signed off in March which you gave Frogkid enough grief over when he said it wouldn't go through. We live and learn c'est la vie.

Haven't seen it Gotreal. They should have made that clear in the RNS then. It means they can build a module at Monkoye straightaway then no need to put it in next years CAPEX for one they can crack on with it. I expect to see their cash in the accounts and net profit improve substantially with $6.75 mill added to the bottom line.

That's just in the last 12 months. Just saying I do think the deal is decent as they are getting a much bigger trial on the waste so should get much more definitive results but the 3rd party won't be doing it for nothing.

Agree Seisnav the extra 12 months from May is good gives JLP more time and they will know the results from the 3rd party before then hopefully.

I wouldn't be surprised if they don't actually get any money for it as the 3rd party do all the work on it and JLP get definitive results for how they will move this forward. Maybe the third party will then join in if the results are good. Who knows the valuation means nothing until the results are known.

I don't dispute what they value it at Gotreal.
