Still think there is a lot of work to do on copper and it still requires a fair bit of capex to get us up to 25k/year think Kalan's 2 year time frame is probably about right don't expect too much from the sp until copper production starts really feeding into the bottom line. Meanwhile Chrome and pgms will keep the wolf from the door..

More mines won't come cheap and there is usually extra work needed on them which usually comes at an additional cost as Project M and G have demonstrated. Takes time as well.

240 to 360 tonnes a month from Roan with bought in feedstock of 1.4%+ is a long long way off Leon's original capacity of 9k a year.

Long way from 25k/year without some more significant capex . Partnership should help depending on terms and good to see they are monetizing some assets which will help capex.

The point is Bloomers Starmer stood up and made all these misleading statements about the outcome of this summit when 90% of it is they have just agreed to talk about trying to deliver these. They have agreed very little.

Starmer is a europhile but the problem for him is we are out of the EU and he can't take us back in so he will try and get as close as he can. How that turns out for the country we just don't know but it is more likely to be more beneficial for the EU than it is for the UK.

This is from the governments own document there is no agreement only an agreement to deliver a deal.

Whether that deal turns out to be good or bad no-one knows as there is no deal at the moment.

I think the days are gone when we rely on politicians to work in the peoples interest.

What is the big deal about fishing it is 0.4% of gdp been a dying industry for years none of the youth of today want to work in it. Most of the fish we land we export to the EU. Actually Troajan if you read the article it is more about the hysterical reactions of both brexiteers thinking Starmer is trying to rejoin and the hysterical reaction of remainers who think he actually can.

Personally I don't care whether in or out it has made very little difference to me and probably most of the population.

Pgms last year was $300/ounce. 38k is $11.4 mill gross margin.

Total $33.6 mill. I would expect it to be a little higher so around $40 mill works for me as well Seis.

Last years gross margin on chrome was $12 even if they only hit this margin on 1.85 mill tonnes is $22.2 mill gross profit. Hopefully it will be better with improved Chrome price, less percentage of toll processing and Thutse 2 & 3 running for a full 6 months in the second half.

Then it all depends how this translates to the all important net profit.
