Then using the proceeds of that to buy the one in Brighton claiming that as her main residence. The problem is if the child is under 18 then they cannot legally own the house. It then depends if there is an outstanding mortgage on it in whose names and who are the trustees.

Without knowing all the facts she has either been given bad advice or tried to pull a fast one either way if she had just paid the stamp duty on the Brighton flat as a second home she could have then gone back to the HMRC and put a claim in to claim it back if she wasn't sure and had a case to claim it back. If she has been using the Manchester house to claim it is her primary residence for council tax then she is definitely screwed.

As the housing minister she she has enough access to legal advice so it is down to her really. She has to go her position is untenable.

Try doing an average in your garden there will be cold spots in shadow the sun moves across then the urban island effect if you live in a large town or city. What altitude you are at. Then try and compare it to 100 years ago to see if it has changed assuming recording of temperature was identical. It would be a remarkable feat if you could do it to 1 degree never mind two decimal points and that is just your garden now try and apply that to the entire world with polar ice caps, deserts, changing wind patterns, sunspot activity, volcanic activity etc impossible. It would be meaningless.

Climate change recording, forecasts and figures are a nonsense best they can do is plus or minus 2 degrees which means it could be getting warmer, colder or just staying the same. Net zero has been pretty pointless taken up by politicians who wouldn't know the Beaufort scale from an anemometer but then they are willing to throw copious amounts of cash at it and net zero "experts" aren't going to turn that down.

You seem fixated on the SA business. It is being sold they have explained why. Whether you believe them or not is up to you but it is gone time to move on from it. They are concentrating on copper because they believe they can scale up what they have with a better margin and they are not beholden to third parties to supply the raw material. The sale gives them the capital to achieve this again whether you believe they will is up to you.

As for the Zambian government making them use the LWP where has the Zambian government stated that in reference to JLP? Leon has stated they pulled out of the IRH deal because their timelines didn't align with Leon's. Leon wanted to monetize it faster but by not going ahead with IRH they were back to the starting gate to find another partner with some showing interest at the time. They are in discussion to monetise it but they have also been delivering a major sale of the business at the same time. Negotiations take time.

I am not doubting what they aim to do Gotreal just saying we need to see it producing and what results they get from it at scale sometimes what you think you may get isn't always the case then again they may get better results no-one knows. What you have posted is all promising now they have to turn it into reality with actual production from it. Happy to wait and see how it turns out.

Read again what I said Gotreal. I never doubted they can't make high grade copper cathode we just don't know the economics of it when they scale it up until then I will wait and see what they can deliver from it.

I worked as an analytical research chemist and there were a number of projects we trialled successfully some we could scale up and be commercial some we couldn't it happens not saying they can't we will just have to wait and see.

The gross profit on concentrate could be as low as $1k/tonne or as high as $4k/tonne we just don't know.

Trials are all well and good Gotreal Not putting the potential of it down it would be good to know how the 3rd party is doing with processing their 10 mill tonnes. I have no doubt they can produce a high grade copper concentrate but at what scale, cost and then profitability as Seis suggests it is still an unknown nothing can be taken for granted.
