There is also the starting rate for savers as well to reduce tax on your savings for people on low incomes. There is no way you should be paying 50% tax on the example you have given. You should hardly be paying any tax and my be entitled to benefits depending on your savings.

If it was delivering 3k/tonnes per month on a consistent basis at 10 to 15% copper that is 300T per month or 3600T per year and yet we have produced nowhere near that since it has been acquired.

I don't deny its capability Gotreal but the copper production since we acquired Project G is nowhere near this number. JLP have never stated what they have produced from this asset as far as I know. It isn't producing now and hasn't been for a while as they only state production from Roan and M.

However that is a moot point the strategy now will be to use the mining partner to create a plan so we can exploit this asset as effective as possible same as M. Hopefully it will equal if not surpass M. I wouldn't be surprised if they increased their stake in it. One to keep an eye on.
