Too many wines. Tyndrum Inn that should say
Anyone up for an ironic knees up in the tyndrum for inn?
Salutations of the day Sir
Bad times indeed. Sorry it's ended this way. Hope all innocent parties are ok. Best regards GG.
So TB has vanished, he says he is in the pub in Tyndrum most weekends if you really miss him?
Thanks Rockhead. It is silly season isn't it!
Evening all. I have been away, have I missed anything? I see we are not rich yet but Scotgold is still with us, is there life in the old dog yet? BR GG
its a daft marketing ploy that offers no return positive return to the company . it will be called out for being a marketing ploy by a company trying draw attention away from the fact they have made a total **** of the operation for a number of years. that and there is no gold to give away should pretty much end this completely ridiculous thread. is this what its come to? fml .
Andrew, you seem to have missed my point. I am not saying the fortunes or lack of are in the hands of anyone on this board. I was just trying to gently remind you that there are good people, who's lives and livelihoods will be effected by should the company go south. Your thrice hourly messages gloating about the downturn don't come across all that well. I understand you want to shout about how right your opinions have been, but doing so 20 times doesn't make you look great, however right you are.
A few here seem to be having trouble hiding their joy at the failure of SGZ, but please try to remember that the mine employs some good people in the area and if it does fail, those people will pay a heavy price. Stay classy !
The snow ruined my days fishing on sat , the melt dropped the river temp and not a troot to be seen. Was still nice to be out though. GLA
Many apologies weekend rather got away from me and had to work. Hope a good time was had
Easter Sunday is great. Let's do it. What time? I'll be driving so probably no beers but be good to meet.
Ah reading this makes me nostalgic for the days I was PR whatever. Halcyon days! I do like the idea of a catch up over a cold one TB, good idea. I'm sure everyone would get on just fine with a pint in hand. Stay lucky folks.
Rewacko. That's hilarious.
Good on you. Hopefully they can recover from this.
Next weekend? Are visit places available?
Sad to say that it sounds terminal. Hope everyone is ok.
Topped up at 42p. Happy Friday all
