I genuinely believe successful commissioning of the plant and sustained production thereafter is worth �20m to Mayan. Petroteq will if the plant works and every indicator out there says it does be a $5-10 share in 2018. Pro-rata that down to Mayan and �20m value will seem on the low side. Massive event incoming to Mayan. Folk just do not get the significance of this. It is just not about 87bopd its the 'holy grail' for WORLDWIDE oil sands production. Lignite/Oil Sands etc deposits are huge but costs to extract and environmental issues prevent it happening with oil sub $120 barre. This plant opens up a worldwide market. DYOR and all that but one big event is brewing here and Mayan have a decent slice of that cake.

I would call more electrifying progress rather than cooking on gas.

They would simply lease a big generator, power it with the gas and feed the electricity straight into the grid that passes almost over the wells, big premium to just selling the gas and little or no capex required.
