The sanctions are unworkable, the bureaucrats don't understand the market, and how easily the sanctions can be bypassed, it's full of loopholes. For example there are EU companies that produce oil that only serves the Russian domestic market and currently do not export. This domestic oil can be swapped, redirected into sanction-free export oil overnight. in simple terms if Gazprom has oil on the border, the ownership is transferred into an EU oil firm in exchange for the EU firm's domestic oil elsewhere in RF. a straight swap with a little commission tied in. here comes Gasproms OIl….wrapped in the EU flag.

it's the margin of difference between the Bid and Ask price. On lightly traded stocks it can be quite high and traders don't like that. On heavily traded stocks its much narrower. so 5.58 to 5.60 above is a very tight margin and unusual here on this stock. wouldn't read into it, he was just 'saying' as we say.

at the time of the Farm Out the Oil India valuation of PTR was just above 9p a share. That is excluding bonus valuations for performance which I couldn't dream of adding in. Since then the share price has slipped back some 20% approx. so a Target Valuation of 7.2 is perfectly accurate at market rates. PTR is a jigsaw, and if the Mgt can start joining the pieces a big better, well who knows.

I am not sure what' A short additional time is required for this step' means but surely no longer than 30, 60, or at a push 90 days period of grace to respond. Spain totally shuts down for the first 2 weeks of August and it gets busy from the third week as backlogs kick in. I expect the license will come in early to mid Sept. They don't make it easy that's for sure….. but it has got to be near now.

the biggest issue with PTR is past history, most investors got burned here and hate the stock. newcomers are optimistic, and rightly so, the grey suit brigade are very much 'count the laying hens only' and are not willing to invest until they see more oil and cash inflows/. My style is to forget what the market is doing and thinking and go with the potential I see. PTR are finally getting their act together.

the Marstons products are becoming more readily available in Ireland, and seem to be proving very popular. A small market but shows the company is making inroads into new markets . nice firm IMO, anything less than 1.50 is my range to buy

had a look at their website and still have barely a notion of what there business is…….puzzled. They need a good sales marketeer to steer the ship…..the upside is despite it being a mystery firm it still makes money.
