I don't think they would buy in small increments, if they were to buy-in they would take a placing and buy a block, and this is unlikely at the moment given that PTR are cash secure. If the relationship ever soured between them, this could be a move for them, or if a hostile party came to the table, but for now it's eyes down for the latest well…. god willing.

within a minute of 9c appearing , the price was gone, it was instantly reversed to 7.42. The DSI is showing it as a sale, but i can't see how it could be at 9c as their would be a line or orders from 7.42 up waiting to get filled.
