The latest Investing Matters Podcast episode featuring Jeremy Skillington, CEO of Poolbeg Pharma has just been released. Listen here.
Yep, there are times I feel a little sorry for char too. But he brings it on himself time after time after time...
And, yes, this is the big bit I don't understand with these folk, why would you boast about loosing so much money, and buying into so many companies at the top? Your right. It is bitter and twisted.
Well, from what I remember neither of us where planning on selling today anyway :0)
So, I will sit back, keep reading up on companies, listening to the good stuff on here and just keep looking for good quality companies. Like this one.
Night,
Grant
I think he's popped his toys on Ebay to cover the cut in dividend...
triumph1
You certainly spoke for me. Most others have either blocked char333 - or just mock him as bit of fun on slow days..
He genuinely thinks that the LSE - RDSB board waits to hear what he has to say first, before making decisions...
As you note, his Incredibly low self esteem has produced this huge ego, and an invisible brother that he talks to every now and again.
Any reference back to his previous posts confirms a man of limited intelligence. Even basic spelling is challenging.
Seems to believe the way to succeed in investing is to purchase as many stocks as you can that will fail.
And, to be fair, he has been doing this successfully on here for years. Better than anyone else I've seen.
Agreed Daytradenovice,
I mean honestly, what sort of person waits for a day, which for many has brought bad news and financial difficulty, to then type a self rightious "I told you so" self inflating piece of dribble like he has done. 679 previous posts, and he gets one right. His other recent contributions to this board appeared to hope Boris Johnson might die of Covid19, and writing a nursery rhyme to a child of 5.
Again, as you pointed out, he is jumping up and down in his caravan with glee, because not only has is dividend been slashed, he is currently holding this stock at circa £22+
What a revolting animal. Someone call the RSPA.
Lets have him put down...
Char333 & D.Trump
Anyone else noticed the correlation of character similarities between char333 & Donald Trump?
They frequently design what they say to aggravate others. Regardless of what they actually think.
They lash back at you if you don't like what they write, or orate.
They tell you consistently how intelligent and accurate they are each time they're scrutinised.
They both struggle to reference and back up their opinions with fact.
They both predict with certainty what is going to happen, then tell you who's fault it was when “said thing" didn't happen.
They are both academically challenged.
They both make wild predictions
They both bore you to death by saying the same thing over & over & over….
Some key difference could be that Donald Trump is married, and is worth $billions, and flies around in Air Force One, whilst char333 is divorced, living in a caravan, and is about to pop down his local pawn brokers to see what they will give him for his Nike tracksuit…
....it
You gotta love it!!
Pokerchips -
Have you watched the clip of this Whitehouse briefing? Its classic. Replay-able
Wait for the bit after he suggests injecting dissinfectant - where he follows up with how clever he is with a tap on his noggin...
You gotta love -
No char333 - You have not been saying "there will be a dividend cut for ages" or words to that affect. At least not on this board.
You might have talked to your invisible friends about it, but it doesn't show in your past postings.
What does show in your past postings is your normal guessing game, childish name calling, something regarding Boris Johnson having Covid-19 and their being no hope for him. Nursery rhymes to a child (?!) A whole section of late night jokes , which are just random.. I don't know what to say about those...Except you sound like you're 5yrs old .
Then more of your normal blither.
Go back a wee bit further, and your buying in RDSB at £20 plus - telling us your brother says RDSB will be £28 by the summer of this year and then ...Well, I gave up looking after that...
Lost the will.
Almost anything you write can be read on the front page of the BBC business website....With the exception of children's poems and jokes which probably came from CBBC.
Dash,
You got me Caitlin2 !!
Nope, Brighton has always been mid table or below, even when I was there. That's why I said ..Its only Brighton!
I did wet myself on several occasions whilst living in Brighton , yes, but I'll save that story for another forum.....
Dam... If only I thought of changing an old palls Ebay account then I wouldn't have shown all that secret info you now have....
Gosh, you're a bright one aren't you.
Ta ta cupcake.xx
Walter
That was quick caitlin2
You honestly opened up a second account just to write that?
I'll remember to self -flagellate later on this evening.
As for being a student....Guilty, I went to university. It was only Brighton though..
As for living in squalor...Which house are you referring too?
Couldn't read the price I paid for RDSB..? Or couldn't bear too?
chin up cupcake!
Is it just my imagination, or was there chatter over the week-end about RDSB tanking this coming week? Potentially £9 per share I remember reading.
Ah..just checked. It was caitlin1. She was going to fill her Chelsea Boots with sub £9 RDSB shares.
Hows that going by the way?
char333, who's historic share collapses over the years surely means by now he can't afford more than 1/2 an RDSB share, has spent months ranting the price down....But he owns shares at £18 and plus £20..?!
Apart from averaging down - why do folks that own up to holding stock on LSE at high prices then want their stock to crash..?
Doesn't that type of thinking equate to putting your money in a bank that's paying a negative interest rate, then jumping around on a board like this shouting "I hope the bank goes bust" ? There is at least one person on every share I own (normally more) that appear desperate for a stock they have invested in to go under. These same folk often tell me how long they have been trading for and how new and stupid I am*
(* politely paraphrased )
Right now, I am quite content at being new and stupid
Have a good day all.
I own RDSB shares and would like them to continue to do well.
Grant
I see your in here now caitlin1
Probably the best place for you. I you should be able to buy at least ten shares in this company.
17 folks from RDSB website took a look at my share certs and contracts notes that you and that idiot R2whatever didn't think I had. you know - its on Ebay - just type in:
caitlin1 is an idiot
I will take it down today. Proved my point. Don't want to over embarrass you cupcake.
yours
Walter
Indeed.
I prostrate myself to you, and apologise profoundly to all kitkats.
Thanks for pointing it out cupcake.
Now, on with the day.
Sorry caitlin my little kitkat,
It's tricky to remember all the exact prices of shares I've bought in the last two months.
Now, as advised kitkat, pop along and look for the next great investment you can tell us all about..eh?
Walter xxx
I agree bald-eagle
Apparently, If you go to Ebay and type in these exact words...:
caitlin1 is an idiot
Some bloke called Grant is selling a copy of his share certs and contract notes for £100 quid
Seems this guy Grant did buy at 9.24 -10.10-13.69
Gosh! A truth teller on LSE - who would have known?
PAD004,
I know what you mean and I apologise for antagonising this poor R2 chap further. Ive had a call from the RSPCA about mistreating animals, so I will stop. It's just too easy to have a pop when he clearly isn't too bright.
Why doesn't he just shut up and....
Actually that sentence has finished.
Pleasant weekend to you.
Grant
Gosh what alot of fans to reply too!
Some interesting comments regarding your substance abuse now, as well as your specialist knowledge on unemployment credit and housing benefit....
A picture is emerging. Not really getting a true depiction of a chap who could invest enough in RSDB to earn himself - what was it you said..? "Hundreds of thousands of pounds in dividends"
Your reply's on this forum paint a radically different picture. More sort of park bench and Strong Brew, than a Taylors 85
And you have only just found the filter button...
Ah, bless.
Treat yourself to another pint of home brew
Okay,
So, the "dole seekers - Universal credit (whatever that is)" comments are particularly interesting.
Its as if you view people who fond themselves in that predicament as lower forms of life. I assume this, as most of the other words in your vocabulary appear shorter and, well, a little disparaging.
I wouldn't have thought of labelling other people with those types of words, as I've never fortunate never to have been in that situation. Perhaps you have? One couldn't blame you. Perhaps you hit troubled times? Lost too much money, and had a large litter to feed? Who knows. Only you I guess. Maybe you still benefit now form state aid?
Mm,
No, I didn't claim to be a hero. I merely pointed out the obvious.
Ah - your kids must be so proud...!
Apologies - you are right. My buying is exactly as you say below.
