I have to say in ref to your last sentence, I was apprehensive given the long wait to hear anything however it does seem the BOD have their heads screwed on and didn't just jump at the first thing that came up. Their dd seems solid and I think we should be in a good position come 2nd Nov. I would also expect to see this rise substantially out of the gates on day one with steady rise in SP following that imo

No wonder it took so long to get an RNS, must have taken 5 months to write haha. Good news though and great to have a time scale of what's to come.

Twrchtrwyth no worries, I barely check this one once a week, this is one long, boring suspension haha. Can only hope once it lifts, we will be somewhat rewarded for our patience.

I am confused also Goldenegg, you don't throw over 3 times the initial loan amount at a company that you haven't done your due diligence on. I can see this taking the whole 2 months up to the line IMO, from there, I would hope that the suspension lifts immediately, can't say I am holding my breath though.

Damn it Eric, I'm trying not to think about that! Haha. If we don't hear by Nov deadline, IMO consider your money gone. Holding on to the fact they have drawn down multiples of what was originally agreed, that puts some legs into this deal in my mind. Either way, not much we can do until they pull their finger out.

Technically they have until November when the 6 months are up for acquisition. I'm not holding my breath and would imagine things will be being finalised IMO, I don't expect to hear anything until any potential deal is crossed and dotted.

Well let's hope for everyone's sake that it does at least come out of suspension, they may not want their money but I am sure we all want ours!!!

Dawn, I think that was just a rumour floating around. Either way, it's the suspension being lifted that is what we want, will be very frustrating to just get news and no lift. Need to get this trading again.

Wasn't sure if it's because I was impatient but glad to see i'm not the only one getting bored waiting for this. Only plus side is if it wasn't going through, there would not have been the additional tranches drawn down and I would have thought they would have released an RNS by now to say it wasn't and they were moving on to another acquisition IMO.

Not 100% smidsy although as I understand the situation, it is just a case of continuing to wait. It is encouraging to see another additional facility in place, as I said before, to me at least it shows the agreement must have some legs to firstly double the initial amount and now add to that again. Hopefully we can see the suspension lifted at some point in the near future and with this positive news, see the sp on the rise.

They will not be able to give any timeline, RTO's can be a long, drawn out process and varies. It is a case of waiting until due RNS is released and is a case of patience.

Nothing further than what was on the agenda. Still a waiting game, wait for the RTO to hopefully go through and wait for the suspension to lift.

AGM tomorrow, hopefully some positive news to come from it

Can't wait to see what will happen once the suspension lifts, double the loan size issued than was quoted in the original proposal shows some legs in the agreement, hopefully the suspension comes to an end shortly! GLA to anyone still in!
