If they had no intention of having a share buy back then why call a GM specifically for that proposal. I actually think they never had a plan to buy shares and tried to stop the price falling now it’s even worse. Annoyed more than frustrated

Atlas have bonds to convert not shares they will get their 10% whatever the price the problem is the more shares they get the harder it will be for the share price to recover.

No doubt in the interims we will get the obligatory comment thanking shareholders for their support. Unfortunately the same cannot be said for the board of directors. When they said they were doing a share buy back they said they would do it in the best interest of the shareholders. Just wondering if the current share price is in the best interest of the shareholders.

Wonder what price Atlas will convert at next, one thing is for sure they get more shares each time they convert them then flip them on the next sniff of positive news. All the time private investors keep getting more and more diluted.
