They are fixed contracts and Vocare were being financially penalised for giving bad service. Also if Totally can show they improving services they will get those extensions. Judging by the amount of vacancies that were on the Vocare site they must have been using a lot of agency staff. If Totally can cut the amount of agency staff used that will give them a big saving which they have already indicated in this statement.

Ok going on what was previously paid for acquisitions I estimate that around £400 paid in first 6 months accounts for premier physical and about health.

Net cash forecasted for year end is £7 million so ahead on that even if they replicate the cash burn in the second period.
