According to Allenby capital Totally were due to pay out £1.4 million in deferred payments for the companies they have bought (not including Vocare) therefore if they started at the end of March with £10.2 million and ended the period with £9 million would that not suggest they are cash flow positive.

Market makers don’t like holding to many shares so they have to match buyers to the shares that need to be sold. If there are no buyers then the seller decides if he wants to take a lower price. Visa versa when investors want to buy and no one wants to sell
