So they had one sell under 17p from what’s been published anyway yet lots of buys under 17p how the feck does that work and where did they get those shares from.

The m cap is £10 million and tends to stay around £1 million above the cash position so hopefully not go any lower. Just need to increase cash and we should move in the right direction. Someone wake me up I think I’m dreaming again.

As set out in the Admission Document, the appointment of Lisa Barter-Ng to the board of the Company as Finance Director will take effect from 24 October 2017. Don Baladasan, the Company’s existing Finance Director, will become a Non-Executive Director with effect from 24 October 2017.

Sounds like the auditors are unable to sign off the accounts as a gong concern. Guess it will all depend if they can raise money to satisfy the auditors. They will need to get the accounts out before the end of December. If not then they will stay suspended and have another 6 months before they get taken off AIM.

If it’s such a good acquisition then why has the share price dropped from 55p to where it is now. They were obviously not 100% aware of how disorganised Vocare were or how the staff were unhappy. The accountant at the time probably didn’t do him job properly hence why they moved him sideways.

All in all buying Vocare has taken up time and money which has meant taking their eye off the ball and not allowed them to expand further as was indicated by Wendy in her interview with proactive last year.

Shambles really but hopefully they will get to grips with it and make it work.

Authorities will do nothing as he’s not even located in this country and even if he was they would still do nothing.
