Just had a very good e mail conversation with Wendy which has put my mind at rest and explains why they are concentrating on getting Vocare up to scratch. Nothing that isn’t in the public domain but something I couldn’t find in my research. Anyway must have to apologise to Wendy regarding my rants as I have a much clearer picture of how the accounts work. Will continue buying as and when I can.

They have cash to buy companies don’t think it will be another Vocare size business but a bolt on acquisition and similar to about health payments attached to future earnings.

Don’t think they will be considering a placing this low especially when Bobs mates subscribed for 55p.

Everyone that has bought in has timed it wrong and if it bounces it will get traded. Without real positive news from the company can’t see it going anywhere. Were they expecting this as no directors have bought or even started the share buy back. At this rate they can buy the company for the cash they have ffs

Should call a GM and take a vote now on wether bob and Wendy should remain imo. They have destroyed the share price the decision to buy Vocare was theirs and serious questions need to be asked as dd was not good enough.

They are spending money to put a company right and paid over the odds for a company that was failing big time.

Think this is the one Vocare have failed on in the past, the good news is that they are improving and could get a good rating on the inspection Totally are waiting for.

There were no serious incidents reported by Vocare in April 2018. Performance is improving and actions against the improvement plan appear to be embedding.
Assurance:
 6 weekly Vocare Improvement Board meetings.
 Announced and unannounced visits by WCCG
 No Serious incidents reported by Vocare since December 17
 Senior oversight of improvement plan by Vocare, triage response rates demonstrate an improving picture at 74% and four hour
performance was reported as 98% for April 18.
 Home visiting performance has improved to 88. % for April 18 but the call back performance remains challenging.
 Workforce capacity and demand review completed and shared with CCG.
 Appointment of senior operations manager has provided local leadership and oversight.
 Clinical Rota Co-Ordinator role now appointed to local position, all local dispatchers now appointed.
 Two team leaders appointed, in addition to four GP roles. Monthly CQRM/CRM meetings.
 6 weekly Vocare Improvement board meetings.

Not sure if I’m reading this correct but in the Allenby report they state as follows.

We make no changes to our forecasts which see a continued build in EBITDA and a move into pre-tax profit in FY2019.

Yet in the breakdown they are showing a pre-tax loss for FY2019.

Bloody hope not get what they got working first. What happened to canaccord report after. Was it Allenby report instead.

Would be helpful if they could explain the liabilities a bit better rather than us having to second guess.

Also sounds like Vocare were not the best at chasing outstanding debts from the NHS, possibly invoice queries not resolved.

Working capital is monitored weekly; both aged trade debtors and trade creditors queries are being resolved and balances cleared.
