It is intended that Mr. Hung will be available as a consultant to MySQUAR over a transitionary period assisting Lim Ming Shing who has been appointed as Financial Controller of the Company, a non-board role, effective immediately. Mr. Lim will assume responsibility for the financial management and reporting and will report to Stephen Chong, COO of MySQUAR. Mr. Lim is a Fellow Member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants and was previously regional financial controller for an operating subsidiary of an NYSE listed business.

The Marketplace feature of Mingalarbar Morning currently has 62 sellers selling 953 items on the site. Currently, the Marketplace continues to operate on a free to use basis to promotes page views and session length for Mingalarbar Morning.

Unaudited cash was approximately USD 2m as of 30 June 2018. Therefore if £900k of that has gone it left them roughly £1 million. Mysquar were losing money like it was going out of fashion and so was Mypay who they bought.

So they probably have pennies left with very little income hence the reason they wanted a further £600k to keep the doors open.

Good to hear, unfortunately we have seen too much of this on aim. When will the authorities get a grip of this. Its almost like a mafia run operation and companies paying the government to let it go unchecked lol

Ben the only thing happening behind the scenes is people trying to distance themselves from the fraud of a company. Chong will no doubt be next to jump overboard.

Looks like he’s stollen the money and going to get away with it. Shocking regulators seem powerless to stop it and until it changes AIM will become a thing of the past as money continues to move out.

We lost GLR today. Private investors leaving in droves obviously not long term investors. Thing is wil the company look after the long term investors that are left :-)

Only 6% down getting better wonder what tomorrow will bring :-(
