Completely missing the point but never mind.

What I said was that the deal was done via a third party and that Tencent had probably never heard of MYSQUR. The way it reads is that Mysquar have been allowed to advertise In Wechat on a non exclusive basis therefore any company based in Myanmar can do the same.

What do you think it means?

When are you going to realise Tencent weren’t the ones chasing MYSQ, it was the other way around and the reason why MYSQ had to pay third parties to advertise on their site. Tencent probably hadn’t even heard of MYSQUAR and possibly still haven’t heard of them.

Looks like we have had to go through the pain for any gain. Even if he valuation of Vocare was overdone then at £10 million is less than the current m cap. Not even taking into account the other subsidiary’s. could do with them keeping us holders up to date with what’s going on and perhaps a bit more detail in accounts in future

Looks like this was a money laundering exercise from day one, however how many private investors bother to look through admission documents in detail

Well put it this way if they overpaid then it’s now worth what they paid for it if they paid the price based on how underachieving Vocare was its now worth more. Share price won’t move much until we see improvement in margin and profit/loss. End of 2019 perhaps we will see my 60p :-)

What’s also significant is the fact that a company they bought for £10 million is now worth a lot more
